Five year old female with recurrent hemoptysis.

49 yr old female with multiple lung nodules. The patient had a hysterectomy more than 20 years ago.

 

DIAGNOSIS:

 

 

SB 5253 John Collin, M.D. El Camino Hospital (S08-12726)

74 yr old female with clinical history of breast carcinoma presents with multiple bilateral pulmonary nodules.

 

 

DIAGNOSIS:

 

 

SB 5254 Bob Freedman, M.D. Regional Medical Center of San Jose (SP-08-4353)

80 year old woman with a mass in the right hip. Past medical history includes a right radical mastectomy for breast cancer 33 years ago.

SB 5255 Jason Karamchandani, M.D., Hannes Vogel, M.D. Stanford Medical Center (SHS-08-23674)

15 month old female with right sided focal seizures and a left frontal lesion. CT and MRI scans show a 1.6 cm, calcified, enhancing intraaxial lesion in the left frontal lobe. The radiologic diffential diagnosis includes low grade neoplasms such as ganglioglioma and oligodendroglioma.

57 yr old female with a 1.3 cm right mid-thyroid nodule.

SB 5257 Chandra Krishnan, M.D., Stanford Medical Center (SHS-08-37684)

80 yr old female with peripheral lymphocytosis and enlarging lymphadenopathy.

SB 5258 Reardon West, M.D. Good Samaritan Hospital (OP08-14790)

47 yr old woman with foot pain undergoes surgery for excision of Morton’s neuroma.

 

DIAGNOSIS:

 

 

SB 5259 Shaku Nagpal, M.D. O’Connor hospital (S08-5696)

41 yr old female with history of chronic abdominal pain with vomiting and diarrhea. She has left ureteral obstruction witth hydronephrosis and is S/P stenting of that ureter. Past history of TAH/BSO for dermoid cyst of right ovary. The patient now presents with a retroperitoneal mass. At surgery, two portions of soft tissue measuring 5.5 cm and 3.5 cm are resected.

 

DIAGNOSIS:

 

 

SB 5260 Kim Evanson, M.D. and Andrew Horvai, M.D. UCSF Medical Center (WEBCASE)

11 year old girl with no significant past medical history presented to outside hospital with right distal fibular bone and soft tissue mass. Imaging and initial biopsy were performed and the patient was subsequently treated with chemotherapy at the outside facility. The mass decreased slightly in size. The patient was referred to UCSF for resection.
