33 yr old woman with a right nasopharyngeal mass. MRI studies reveal a 2.3 cm mass consisting of "fat". Clinical differential diagnosis: lipoma vs liposarcoma.

41 yr old woman with a 1.5 cm recurrent mass, dorsum of the left foot.

67 yr old woman with history of a myeloproliferative disorder, presented with a pigmented left neck skin lesion. Biopsy showed malignant melanoma. Patient now undergoes wide local excision and sentinel node dissection.

This 58 yr old man died 10 months after receiving an orthotopic heart transplant for idiopathic cardiomyopathy. At autopsy, the heart was enlarged (580 g). Sections are from the transplanted heart.

61 yr old man has CT scan of abdomen for work-up of recently diagnosed abdominal wall melanoma. A renal mass is discovered and patient undergoes radical nephrectomy.
